The hotel had everything I needed in the rooms, like a fridge, flat-screen TV, and comfy bathrobes, and they were cleaned daily. However, my room had a view of the main road and noise from the nightclub below kept me up till 3 am. The staff, unfortunately, were unhelpful, and I ended up with a twin smoking room instead of a king non-smoking as requested. Additionally, there were no towels around the pool and a lack of sunbeds.

The service was a mixed experience; while some staff like reception and concierge were extremely friendly and helpful, others were rude, and it took multiple room changes due to issues like dirt and bad smells. Additionally, the room service lacked attention to details like adding salt even when requested.

The location was perfect, situated in a safe and beautiful area close to both the new and old city. Although near a major shopping mall, it was not within walking distance of key tourist sights. However, the area of L'Hivernage offered a calm oasis despite being close to clubs.

The dining experience was not up to par as there were issues with service such as running out of orange juice and waiting a long time for basic items. The food variety was reasonable but did not live up to the expectations of a 5-star hotel.
